PERTWOOD ORGANIC FLOUR

Pertwood Organic Flours are made from wheat and rye grain grown at Lower Pertwood Farm.

The flours are carefully milled in small batches at a mill nearby the farm using traditional water-powered French Burr millstones to give an exceptionally high quality craftsman product.

When wheat is stone ground the flavour and nutritional oils available in the wheatgerm is distributed throughout the flour, producing a superior product to commercial roller-milled flours.

Pertwood Organic Stoneground Strong Wholemeal Flour and Pertwood Organic Golden Malted Flour are both suitable for breadmaking by hand or machine.

PERTWOOD EXTRA VIRGIN GOLDEN RAPE SEED OIL

Produced from what we believe to be the only UK crop of organic rapeseed, our oils are cold pressed and not heated in any way. The result is a deliciously flavoured and naturally-preserved oil rich in essential fatty acids. Available in filtered or unfiltered versions.
