Wales, United Kingdom
http://www.linksorganic.com/uk/links_red...
Organic Centre Wales is to host the first UK national conference on organic farming research at Aberystwyth in March. Entitled 'UK Organic Research 2002' and organized in association with the Colloquium of Organic Researchers, the conference will bring together researchers, policy-makers and others to develop a whole-system approach to organics. They will present recent work on livestock, cropping, economics, environment, dairy, grassland, animal health and other topics, showing their relevance to UK farmers and growers, food quality, organic standards and policy.
The Conference, which is to be held on the 26-28th March and is expected to attract delegates from around the UK and abroad, will be preceded by optional tours of nearby organic research farms.
You can book a place on the whole conference, including accommodation at Penglais Campus, Aberystwyth, or buy day tickets. The booking form, conference programme and further information can be downloaded from the Organic Centre Wales website (click the image or hyperlink above), or to have them posted to you, contact Carolyn Wacher below.
